Well it was an unmititgated disaster!!!!!! Might try again in a few days but for today I have given up!!!
I did make a lovely potato bake which was yum yum!!!!

Making Potato Crisps
So I am trying something really new - making potato crisps!!!! Have just put them in the oven now and am anxiously awaiting the result............hmmmmmm well first observation it that my oven might not be hot enough - and also grease the baking tray first!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will update later
